Our Shipping Schedule.

We ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent boxes being held at carrier facilities over the weekend. This way, we make sure the food you order stays safe and is delivered frozen.

Orders placed before 10PM EST on Tuesdays will ship the same week.
Orders placed after this cutoff date & time will ship the following Monday.

Orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days after they ship.

Make sure you don’t run out of food!
We recommend planning ahead and placing your order a week before you need it to be delivered to your door.

We ship to 46 states in continental United States.
We do not ship to Colorado, but have a local partner – Raw Dog Food and Company – that our Colorado customers can order our products directly from.

How do I get free shipping?

We ship every order in a food-safe cooler packed with dry ice to ensure all product remains frozen for up to 4 days while they’re in transit on their way to you. Each cooler can hold 20lbs of product – fill a cooler and your order ships for free!* The total weight of your order must hit 20lbs (or an increment of 20 – i.e. 40lb, 60lb, 80lb, etc) in order to ship for free; orders with a total weight that does not meet these limit requirements will be subject to a flat rate (see above for more information).

To sum it up: Orders placed in 20-pound increments (i.e: 20lb, 40lb, 60lb, etc.) get FREE SHIPPING.
