Rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium, our Duck Necks are made with antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and non-GMO duck. On average, each duck neck is comprised of 50% bone and 50% meat. While nutrition data on calcium content for duck necks does not yet exist, this part would fall roughly in the middle of calcium content between chicken and turkey necks. The soft, cartilaginous bone in the duck neck is easy for dogs to break down and digest, while the meat is a great lean option to pair with higher fat meats. Raw, meaty bones promote great dental hygiene and offer the mental stimulation of chewing. This product should be fed as a snack or of the meaty bone component a complete DIY meal and should not be treated as a full meal replacement. Recommended whole for medium to large dog breeds, and can be ground for small dogs and cats.

Use caution when feeding neck bones, as an excessive amount of necks, trachea, or gullet can potentially cause dietary hyperthyroidism due to active thyroid tissue/enzymes that may be present in these items. Necks are perfectly safe to feed in moderation. At minimum it is generally recommended to rotate neck bones with other meaty bones every other day in a raw diet.

Monitor your dog’s consumption of bones.

These duck necks are the perfect snack size for my gsd. I also have 2 yorkies and they get half of one. They love their duck neck treats.

  2. Barbara Steadman (verified owner)

Based on my cat’s reaction, this would get 5 stars, but my dog refused to eat it — so my dog’s one star review brought it down to three stars LOL. Can’t figure why she doesn’t like it because she loves the duck feet (which the cat won’t touch). Go figure. Anyway looks like given the size difference between my cat and dog, this should last my Lucy Cat at least a year!

  3. Chloe Neff (verified owner)

My Dalmatian loves these duck necks!

  4. Tiffany Jackson (verified owner)

We’ve been using these as treats lately. Especially on these hot summer days, my dog loves a nice frozen duck neck!

  5. Sarah Runyon (verified owner)

These duck necks are the perfect swap for turkey necks if you want to add variety to your dog’s diet. My shepherd loves duck necks and they are softer for puppies which was our go-to raw meaty bone when she was a pup!

  6. marian.hrycyk (verified owner)

These are my Golden’s favorite treats! They are the perfect size for her, and a great addition to her raw meaty bone rotation.
