The first time I bought these they were nicely. Vacuum packed, and looked really good. The second time the vacuum was broken and they were freezer burned in loose plastic. I let customer service know this and they said, too bad… It’s fine just feed it to your dog! I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m buying more than just what I immediately need and would like to keep these in my freezer for a while before re-ordering… Which will cause them to become even more freezer burn in the long run. Freezer burn food is not as nutritionally available as fresh sealed frozen organ meats!
