Made with USDA Inspected and Approved Human-Grade beef, our Split Beef Knuckle bones are about the size of tennis ball. These meaty snacks are great for promoting good dental hygiene, mental stimulation, and are an excellent natural source of calcium and phosphorus. Beef knuckles should be fed as a snack only and should not be fed as meal. We recommend these for medium- to large-sized dogs. Available as a single unit or in a 5-pound bag.

Should be fed as recreational bone only. Monitor your dog’s consumption of bones and take caution with dogs who are power chewers.

I chose Beef Knuckle Bones for my older lab mix, “softer on teeth”. She has not been interested in them so I switched to beef neck bones, which she loves. Just found knuckle bones in the bottom of my freezer. This batch has so much meat she devoured it in one setting. I guess it depends on the amount of meat. The past orders had minimal. I was giving them away since my lab wanted nothing to do with them. Not sure what to order next.

My Saint Bernards love these knuckle bones!! Great excitement when the box arrives. I intend to continue ordering these on a regular basis. Keeps them busy for quite awhile!

my cane corso was skeptical at first but he is a picky eater and I kind of know how he is so I left it out for a while and he eventually went over and crushed, took him like 2 days to finish it in between meals. I ordered the split pieces so I still have one left ill give to him later.

I ordered a 10lb bag of whole bones and one split bone for my crew of two 110lb dogs and one 15lb dog on a whim. I will now order them every single time. These are great to keep teeth clean and for some mental stimulation from the chewing. I give them to my dogs in 20-30 minute sessions. For my 15lb dog, the bone will go bad before he is ever done chewing it and removing all the tissues. For my larger dogs, they last about 3-4 sessions before I have to take them away.

Warning, my dogs DO try to crack the bone, and have. Even my small dog can get his mouth around the corner and try to crack it. It makes me nervous they will crack a molar, however I try to have faith that the knuckle bone is a softer bone and I take them away if they are really trying to crack the bone rather than gnawing at it. I’m not sure if other people let their dogs consume 100% of the bone but I like to err on the side of caution and I only allow them to pull the meat/tissues off and gnaw at the bone.

My 2 dogs, both 50 lb, love these. The German shorthair pointer isn’t big on chewing so it’s always a crap shoot whether he will be into it or not, and the Bassett hound will chew on everything and everything so I knew he would like it. I am pleasantly surprised that they both like them as much as the beef neck bones. I give them each one recreational bone a week, usually beef neck, so now I can add in a split knuckle bone every now and again.

These are wonderful for tough chewers. A split with keep a GSD occupied for an hour or more and still leave a huge chunk to work in later. Great for keeping teeth clean. As a trainer I recommend these to my clients. Chewing is healthy for dogs and a calming activity.

I buy knuckle bones in large quantities for recreational chewing for all my shelties. They love them and sure keeps them busy for quite a while. Adds to their dental health as well. They last a few weeks and are large enough I don’t have to worry about accidentally swallowing them whole. Actually, they are pretty massive!
